Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment:
- complete a medical request via our online consultation service, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Cancelling or changing an appointment
We understand that sometimes you may not be able to make your booked appointment, or may need to reschedule.
To cancel your appointment:
- by calling the practice on 020 8673 8268, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Try to give as much notice as possible to avoid wasted appointments.
Home visits
To request a home visit, you can:
- complete an online consultation service medical request from
- call the practice on 020 8673 8268, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
The doctor will review your request and if appropriate may send one of our skilled paramedics to visit you at home.
