Results requested by the GP Practice
You will be contacted by the most appropriate member of the team who will discuss your test result and any necessary follow up requirements with you.
If your results are normal, you may not be contacted. You can however see the results of your investigations via the NHS App. If you are not registered for online access, please speak to a member of the reception team.
If you continue to have concerns, please complete the online medical request form.
Results requested by a hospital or other service
Please contact the hospital/ service in the first instance. It is normally the service who requested the tests that receives the results and it is their responsibility to inform the patient of their results. Occasionally, the patient may be referred back to their GP for the results.
