Ordering repeat prescriptions
The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions are:
- using your NHS account (through the NHS website or in the NHS App)
- via email [email protected]
- in person at reception, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Collecting your prescription
Prescription requests can take up to 2 working days to complete.
If you have a nominated pharmacy set up, your prescription will be sent directly to the pharmacy. Otherwise, it will be left for your collection at reception.

Medication reviews
You can can request a medication review:
- via the online consultation service
- by calling the practice on 020 8673 8268, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
They may be booked with a pharmacists or the doctor.
